How it works
Three stages. Paperwork comes last.
Sign, then meet your qualifier
You sign with us and pay. Then we introduce you to a qualifier who fits your trade and your county, and the two of you decide if you can work together. They sign their own separate agreement with us.
Costs you: from $3,000, set for your project and due when you sign. No introduction within 30 days, and you can have it all back. Once we introduce you it is not refundable, but if you two do not agree terms, we find you another qualifier free within six months.
Choose how you file
Attaching your qualifier's license to your company is its own application. File it yourself, and we tell you exactly what it needs. Or hand it to the licensing processor we work with, who prepares it and files it for you.
Costs you: nothing more if you file it yourself. $800 to $1,000 to the processor if you use one. State fees, fingerprints and credit reports either way, set by the state, subject to change.

What we match on
We don't hand over a name. Every match is weighed against what makes the relationship work, including the things the licensing board will ask about.
Location and distanceHow far the qualifier is from your jobs. The board looks at how close a qualifier is to the work, so we match close.
Scope of workThe work you do today, or want to grow into, matched to the right license type.
BudgetWhat the company can put toward a qualifier, set out before anyone meets, so the numbers work for both sides.
Revenue and track recordHow long the company has been operating and how steady the work is, so qualifiers meet serious businesses.
The qualifier's current loadHow many companies the qualifier already qualifies, counting their own. A second means a board appearance, so we check first.
How supervision will workOn payroll or as a 20% owner, and a clear answer to the board's question: what's your workflow?

What is a construction qualifier?
A construction qualifier is the licensed person whose license allows a company to operate within a specific licensed construction scope. The exact rules depend on the state, license type, and arrangement.
Which states do you serve?
Florida is the first live state. Other states are being added as the qualifier network grows.
