Who we are

QualiFind is operated by McNamara Consulting LLC, a Florida limited liability company, document number L25000101926, trading as QualiFind. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean that company.

This policy covers getqualifind.com and the QualiFind platform. It does not cover any other company's website, including a licensing processor's, an e-signature provider's, or a state agency's.

What this policy is about

We connect contractors with licensed qualifying agents in Florida. To do that we have to collect real information about both sides, including some that is sensitive: license numbers, disciplinary history, insurance cover, claims and disputes. This policy says exactly what we collect, why, who sees it, and how long we keep it.

If you are a contractor and you complete our intake

• Your company name, your name, your email address, your phone number and your website
• Where the company is located, the state you need a qualifier in, and the county the project is in
• The type of project, the type of work, the classification you need, the value range of the project, and when you expect to start
• How long the company has been operating, the size of your crew, and your revenue range
• Whether you carry general liability and workers' compensation cover, and any gaps in it
• Your claims and disputes history, any disciplinary history, any past license issues, and any OSHA issues
• Why you need a qualifier, and how you heard about us

If you are a qualifier and you apply

• Your name, your email address and your phone number
• The state you are licensed in, the other states you hold licenses in, and the counties you will work in
• Your license type, license number, license status and how long you have been licensed
• The sectors and contractor types you work with, and the project sizes you take
• The qualifying relationships you already hold, and when you are available to start
• Any disciplinary history, and whether you carry general liability and workers' compensation cover
• Anything else you write in the notes

If you book a consultation or join the waiting list

• Your first and last name, your company, your email address and your phone number
• Your time zone, the days and times that suit you, and how you prefer to meet
• How urgent it is, and anything you write in the notes
• For the waiting list: the state you need cover in, the license type and your project timing

If you create an account

Your email address and a password. Passwords are stored by our authentication provider in hashed form. We never see your password.

If you go through verification or leave a voice message

• A record of the checks we run on you: identity, business, license, claims and documents
• For each check, what you told us, what we found, where we found it, when we checked, and whether anything was flagged and why
• The date and time you accepted the verification consent
• Identity verification is carried out by our identity provider, which checks your ID and takes a live photo match. We receive the result.
• Documents you upload, currently insurance certificates and license records, with the file name, type, size and any expiry date
• If you leave a voice message, the recording, its length, and the name and contact details you give with it

What we collect automatically

When you arrive from a link or an ad, we record the page you landed on, the site that referred you, any campaign tags on the link, any advertising click identifier, and the time we first saw you. This is stored alongside your inquiry so we know which of our efforts brought you in.

We do not run any analytics service, advertising pixel or session recorder on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, and no third-party tracker of any kind.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. That means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. We do not control that and we get nothing back from it.

We keep an audit log of actions taken inside the platform, including who did what and when.

Where we get information that did not come from you

We check what you tell us against Florida's public records. That includes the Department of Business and Professional Regulation license file, which the state publishes, the state's business registry, and the state's workers' compensation coverage lookup. We record what the public record says next to what you told us. If the two disagree, we record that too.

We do not buy personal information from data brokers.

Why we hold it

• To find a qualifier whose license actually covers your work, and to introduce you
• To check that a license, a business and an insurance certificate are what they are said to be
• To answer you, book a call, and keep track of where your inquiry stands
• To hand what we hold on a qualifier to you, and to the licensing processor you engage, so that nobody starts the application from a blank page
• To meet our own obligations under the agreement you sign with us
• To understand which of our pages and campaigns bring people in

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train an artificial intelligence model.

We will never sell or share your mobile number, or your consent to receive texts, with anyone else for their marketing.

Who sees it

• The other side of an introduction. Once both agreements are signed, we introduce the contractor and the qualifier, and each sees what they need to decide whether to work together.
• The licensing processor. If you engage one, we hand over what we hold so the application can be prepared. The processor is independent and is not our agent.
• Our attorney, if a matter goes to the licensing board and you ask for representation.
• Our service providers, each holding data on our behalf and under contract: Supabase hosts our database, file storage and sign-in in the United States; Netlify serves the website; Resend sends our emails; BoldSign handles the agreements you sign electronically; our identity provider runs the ID and live photo check.
• Anyone we are legally required to give it to, including a court, a regulator or a state agency.

Nobody else.

How long we keep it

• Inquiries and applications that do not proceed: we keep them while there is any prospect of a match, and we archive them after that.
• Records connected to a signed agreement: for as long as the relationship runs, and afterwards for as long as we may need them to answer a claim or meet a legal obligation.
• Uploaded documents: until they expire or the matter closes, whichever is later.
• Audit records: for as long as we hold the profile they relate to.

If you want your information removed, write to us and we will delete what we are not required to keep, and tell you what we are keeping and why.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. Write to anne@getqualifind.com or robert@getqualifind.com.

If you are in a state with its own privacy law, you may have further rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

You can stop hearing from us at any time by replying to any email from us and saying so, or by using the stop link in our reminder emails.

Keeping it safe

Access to the platform is restricted by role. Only an administrator can see the full record on an inquiry. Our database enforces row-level security on every table, and files are stored under the same access rules.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If something happens that puts your information at risk, we will tell you.

Children

This is a service for businesses. It is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If the change is significant we will say so on the site.
