How QualiFind works for Licensed Qualifiers

QualiFind helps you assess opportunities, stay in control and manage qualifying relationships with clearer information and stronger documentation. It costs you nothing. The contractor carries the fee, not you.

01
Receive structured opportunities

Contractors complete a detailed intake before reaching you.

02
See preliminary checks

QualiFind organizes the information, checks available public records and clearly identifies what has, and has not, been independently verified.

03
Review before you commit

Review the contractor, project, insurance position, compliance answers and areas for discussion before deciding whether to speak.

04
Choose who you engage with

Accept, decline or request further information. No uncontrolled introductions.

05
Sign your own agreement with us

One agreement, between you and QualiFind. The contractor signs a separate one with us. Two documents, never one, and nothing goes to the state until both are in place.

06
What you are paid is yours

What you are paid is between you and the contractor, on their payroll or through your ownership share. We take no part of it.

How we match

What we match on

We don't hand over a name. Every match is weighed against what makes the relationship work, including the things the licensing board will ask about.

Location and distanceHow far the qualifier is from your jobs. The board looks at how close a qualifier is to the work, so we match close.
Scope of workThe work you do today, or want to grow into, matched to the right license type.
BudgetWhat the company can put toward a qualifier, set out before anyone meets, so the numbers work for both sides.
Revenue and track recordHow long the company has been operating and how steady the work is, so qualifiers meet serious businesses.
The qualifier's current loadHow many companies the qualifier already qualifies, counting their own. A second means a board appearance, so we check first.
How supervision will workOn payroll or as a 20% owner, and a clear answer to the board's question: what's your workflow?
What the state asks again

You've done this before. Here's what it asks the second time.

Qualifying another business is its own application. You know most of it already. This is the list, so nothing catches you off guard, and we work through it with you after you've met the contractor.

You

  • A fresh personal credit report, FICO 660 or higher, or the 14-hour financial responsibility course
  • Fingerprints (we'll confirm whether yours can be reused)
  • Your background questions, answered again

Your current businesses

  • A business credit report for each one you already qualify
  • If this would be your second, the board will want to see you in person. Your own company counts as one

The new company

  • Their business credit report, owners, insurance and workers' comp
  • We gather their side with them, not you

How you'll supervise

  • On their payroll (W-2), or a part owner, 20% or more
  • Your answer to "what's your workflow?"
  • How close you are to the work

Don't order anything yet. Credit reports are only good for a year, so we tell you when.

Why it matters

Your license took years to earn. Protect it.

Your license represents years of experience, judgment and hard-earned credibility. A qualifying relationship should provide worthwhile income without handing control to a careless operator or exposing you to unnecessary risk.

Trust and verification

Both sides are checked before any match

Contractors and qualifiers both go through identity verification, and we check the records behind the business and the license.

Identity verification

A real ID check with a live photo match, for the contractor and for the qualifier. You always know who you're dealing with.

Business and license records

We read the qualifier's license on the state record every day, and check the company's registration with the state.

Common questions

Frequently asked

Do I have to accept every contractor inquiry?

No. You stay in control. You can review the contractor information provided, consider any available preliminary checks, and then accept, decline or request further information before any introduction takes place.

Is QualiFind a license rental platform?

No. QualiFind is designed to support legitimate, active and properly documented qualifying relationships. The Licensed Qualifier remains responsible for deciding whether an opportunity is suitable and for meeting all professional and legal obligations.

Which states are you starting with?

QualiFind is starting in Florida. Additional states will be added as we onboard suitable Licensed Qualifiers and put the appropriate state-specific agreements and compliance processes in place.

Will the platform manage the compliance side?

QualiFind will manage agreements and payments through the platform. We are also developing an end-to-end compliance portal for project records, permits, insurance tracking, compliance declarations and audit evidence. These features will be introduced in stages as the platform develops.

Is there a cost to join?

No. Qualifiers pay QualiFind nothing, to apply or at any point after. What you are paid is between you and the contractor. The contractor pays our connection fee.

What will the state ask me for again?

Qualifying another business is its own application. Expect a fresh personal credit report (FICO 660 or higher, or the 14-hour financial responsibility course), fingerprints, your background questions again, a business credit report for each company you already qualify, and the new company's own records. If this would be your second company, counting your own, the board will want to see you in person. We work through it with you after you've met the contractor.
